Because we strongly believe in the quality, design and craftsmanship of our products, Kwaality products are warrantied against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. 

If you observe a defect, contact the Kwaality dealer from which you purchased the set. If the dealer cannot be reached, please contact Kwaality Customer Support. In either case, you must, within the duration of the warranty, provide the original law tags, proof of purchase (including date of purchase) and be the original purchasing consumer. 

If defective in workmanship or material, your Kwaality mattress will be repaired or replaced (at our option) with charges, as shown on the Kwaality Warranty Schedule and exclusive of transportation and inspection costs.  If the Kwaality product you purchased is discontinued at the time of repair or replacement, a current model of comparable quality and value will be selected.

All other claims including incidental or consequential damages are precluded. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality.

Any and all implied warranties on this product shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty. This warranty begins on the day you purchase your sleep set. If your sleep set is repaired or replaced, this limited warranty will not be renewed or extended.

 

 

 

Kwaality Limited Warranty
Warranty Guidelines
  • Warranty will be applicable from date of purchase of the mattress.

  • Warranty is applicable on ‘carry-in’ basis – i.e. the customer must bring the defective mattress to the dealer point, and take new mattress from there or pay for the transportation fee for the delivery of the mattress.

  • Warranty does not cover depression of less than 1.5″ 
    in the 6″ thick mattress and depression of less than 1″ in the 5″ & less thick mattress.

  • If one of your pair mattresses has sagged, then only the sagged mattress will be replaced.

  • Size variation means variance in length or width of the mattress by more than +12mm or -6mm from the stated size.

  • Quality Mattresses may replace or repair the mattress. The mattress will be moved to the factory or premises for carrying out repairs or reconstruction. Quality Mattresses will not provide a replacement mattress during the process/time of repairs or reconstruction.

  • Quality Mattresses shall not be liable for any direct indirect, or consequential damages, losses, or costs arising out of injury or damage resulting from the use of the mattress for any purpose, under any theory of liability. In any case, the liability of Quality Mattresses shall be limited to the cost of the mattress.

  • All valid complaints under the applicable terms of warranty will be settled according to the applicable Warranty Settlement Value on Pro-Rata Basis.

  • For any Alterations or Changes, the Customer is required to pay the fee with respect to the magnitude & number of alterations.

  • The manufacturers decision will be final and binding on any claim relating to warranty

  • All Disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only

Warranty Will Not Applicable In Following Cases:
  • Invoice and warranty card are not available.

  • The mattress is out of warranty period.

  • Warranty does not cover preference in comfort level.

  • Opening of stitches (both quilt and tape edge) are reported after 15 days of the purchase date will not be covered under warranty.

  • Stains occurring on the mattress tapestry after unpacking or removing the packing/polybag and subsequent use at customers end will not be covered under warranty. 

  • Warranty is limited to sagging of the mattress and does not include fabric damages such as tears, stains, colour fading, bleeding, and soils iron marks (Burns).

  • Bending/folding/cutting/mishandling of the mattress by consumer.

  • Mattress is placed on soft or uneven surface, or a bed/cot of the wrong size.

  • Seepage of water or any other liquid onto the mattress.

  • Placing any heavy or unusual object on the mattress.

  • Infestation by insects or rodents.

  • Exposure to heat or fire/smoke.

  • Customer is unwilling to allow on-site inspection of mattress by company sales representative.
